Technical Data Sheet

Air entrainment agent for concrete according to EN 934-2

applications

PANTAPOR 2000 (LP) is specifically used for the production of concrete with high resistance to freeze-thawing and concrete road construction.

operation

PANTAPOR 2000 (LP) achieves stable air pore systems in the concrete that consist of microsphere pores and have a particularly favorable distance factor. Due to the intentionally introduced micro air pores, the suction effect of the capillary pores is interrupted and the penetrating water quantity is significantly reduced. Freezing water can expand in the micro air pores without exerting pressure on the pore walls. In this way, the frost and de-icing salt resistance is increased.

PANTAPOR 2000 (LP) improves the workability of the concrete. The tendency to bleed and

Demixing is counteracted.

dosage

Recommended dosing range 0.2 - 0.8 M .-%; corresponds to 2 - 8 ml per kg cement.

With 2 ml per kg cement about 4.0 - 4.5% by volume air pores in the concrete are reached.

processing instructions

PANTAPOR 2000 (LP) is added to the mixing water or directly into the concrete mix.

Never put PANTAPOR 2000 (LP) in the dry mix!

Achieving the air-pore content depends on many factors, e.g. the concrete composition,

the mixing time, the temperature.

The admixture is not a hazardous substance within the meaning of the EC Directives, Ordinance on Hazardous Substances and Transport Regulations.

The usual safety rules when handling chemicals are to be observed.

EC safety data sheet can be requested.
