PANTAQUICK C 100 (BE) Art. No. 801-100w
Chloride-free hardening accelerator according to DIN EN 934-2
PANTAQUICK C 100 (BE) is an innovative hardening accelerator specially developed to optimize the development of early strength in concrete.
PANTAQUICK C 100 (BE) promotes the hardening process at low ambient and curing temperatures and is particularly suitable for concretes where early strength development is crucial to the success of the construction project.
This is typically the case in the following applications:
- Ready-mixed concrete
- Concretes which are installed using the slipform method
- finished parts
- Concrete goods
- Industrial floors
- exposed concrete
In addition to accelerated concrete hardening, PANTAQUICK C 100 (BE) also improves the final strength of the concrete, thus providing the following advantages:
- Accelerated development of early strength even at low ambient and curing temperatures
- Shortened stripping times
- More efficient reuse of the formwork
- Faster construction progress
- More productive cycle times / production cycles in prefabricated and concrete goods plants
- Earlier load capacity / carrying capacity of the concrete
-PANTAQUICK C 100 (BE) accelerates the hydration of the cement and accelerates solidification of the concrete. The early and final strengths are increased.
Hardening accelerator for concrete according to DIN EN 934-2: T 7, General Building Inspectorate Approval Z-3.25-2138. Permitted for concrete according to EN 206-1 in conjunction with DIN 1045-2. Must not be used in prestressed concrete.
For outdoor temperatures below + 5 ° C the well-known winter construction measures are to be applied.
Density 1.43 ± 0.03 g / cm³
pH 5.5 ± 1
Chloride content <0.10 M .-%
Alkaline content as Na2O equivalent <0.5 M .-%
Processability from -15 ° C
Shelf life approx. 1 year
Storage In closed containers between - 15 ° C and + 25 ° C.
Protect from strong sunlight.
Recommended dosage range 0,5 - 2,0 M .-% of cement content; corresponds to 3 - 14 ml per kg cement.
Concretes that do not have to meet any requirements according to EN 206-1 in conjunction with DIN 1045-2 can also be proportioned higher. Here, the recommended dosage range is 0.5-4.0% by mass of the cement content; this corresponds to 3 - 28 ml per kg of cement.
PANTAQUICK C 100 (BE) should be added to the finished mixture.
The mixing time must correspond to the requirements for mixing the concrete, which are specified in DIN EN 206-1 and DIN 1045-2.
The product is a hazardous substance within the meaning of the CLP regulation. See safety data sheet for more information.
The Technical Information Sheet describes processing and application possibilities as well as typical modes of action under normal conditions.
